It's not a bad list, but Makhmudov has not been deep enough with a quality guy, and Jalolov has been in with nobody. Either one of them could be "exposed," and I think Makhmudov will be. Then again, as I said in the other thread, there is a very obvious top 8 (that you hit on) and it gets tough from thereon in, so it is as good a two additions as any. In my heart I would like to say Gassiev, but I admit that he is at this point totally unproven at heavy.
There is always an overrated fighter on ESB. Right now it’s Makhmudov. I would have thought his performance against Carlos Takam would have cleared you guys away.
Javolov might be better soon. But Makhmudov is seriously underated, he looks sloppy but only punching down, when he fights big fighters his power will show.
"This era of HW's is weak" nah. They're all special in their own special ways. I'm proud of them all.
Makhmudov is not that good. He doesn't know how to set up his offense. Anyone with a decent set of skills will punish him.
I want to change my list, forgot Jalolov and Mahkmudov 1. Fury 2. Usyk 3. Jalolov 4. Anderson 5. Wilder 6. Joshua 7. Hrgovic 8. Mahkmudov 9. Zhang 10. Joyce Ruiz, Hunter, Whyte, Bakole, Gassiev, Dubois - Gatekeepers
