    On what basis do you have Paul Williams in the top 10, given that he beat a pre-Cotto and pre-Cintron Margarito, who was then destroyed by Shane Mosley, and his only other wins are Verno Phillips (WOW) and Carlos Quintana (after being outboxed in the first fight).
