    Edit: 3 of the Greatest fighters of the past decade are chumps, Barrera, Morales, and Marquez... i agree

    Ayala was average. Peden? Are you serious? He had a crap MD in the third Morales/MAB trilogy and Rocky Juarez was average at best.

    Face it, MAB was as equal as the rest of those other guys he beat!

    Then the list would have been the top 50 boxers of all time. Had to keep it in line with my topic title... and I still had to give honourable mention. And it is not really HW bias... but they were great fighters!

    ayala was pretty good, and peden had 2 ko wins over nate campbell ( floyd beating guys coming of good wins= awesome, yet when barrera does it its worthless?) he beat morales in a great fight, rocky juarez was a good win for barrera at tha point of his career.
    Face it, you cant be high in the p4p rankings for years, be great at 122 and 126 and even succesfull at 130, have one of the most epic trologies in the sport, beat prime morales, hamed and all those other good wins and be a **** fighter. its very unlogical.
    I actually dont even like barrera since im a big morales fan and barrera is a dirty boxer but the man is definitely an atg, to act like he isnt just for the sake of your argument is ignorent.

    strong example as to why not everyone should easily make an atg list. knowing some of them does not qualify you to make a list. you need to know all of their careers through and through, all the circumstances, and ultimately, rid yourself of any biases lest you want to give injustice to all the greats.

    exactly, thats why its so difficult to make an honest good list, it takes so much time to know everything about the sport and the fighters' careers from way back till now.

    Credit to you for having the courage to post your list because whatever you post in the way of these types of lists you'll get howled down. Having said that, there are some big shocks in there. Jess Willard at 23 is absolutely mindblowing!

    I like Pac in the mid 20's..IMO. but he's way ahead of Joe Calzaghe.
