I mean Jack Johnson only really became a serious threat to Jeffries in 1903 or 1904, which is after all of Jeffries most important wins anyway. I don't think there's a lot between them, Jeffries' title reign was certainly far stronger, and he'd beaten a number of the top black fighters before he was champion, but had some weird racist principle against giving them a title shot. Jeffries probably has the best win between them, but less overall depth, so I would rate Johnson higher overall.
"which is after all of Jeffries most important wins anyway." But Johnson would have been his most important win by far if Jeff had fought and defeated him in 1904 and Johnson's subsequent career played out in similar way. of the pre-Louis heavyweight champions, I rate Johnson first and Jeffries second.

Cause it's about H2H, meaning everybody vs everybody. So someone placed 6th on the list could beat the guy placed 5th, but overall the guy placed 5th would have more wins against the other guys from the list.
Yes, and All should be well above Liston in that. Not to mention the fact he schooled him so bad that he quit, and did it whilst blind. Then KOed him in one, or Liston knew he couldn't beat him so he took a dive.
Bowe is 4th, just stop it... Thankfully what they accomplished in real life matters more than your biased opinion. Your list looks like the list of your favorite fighters, not the best. By the way, I just saw that you included Tommy Morrison in top 20 - yeah, it's by far the worst list I've ever seen here.
You probably misunderstood my post or I've explained it wrong. I see Liston getting more wins over the other guys is the list than Ali would. Is that clear now ?! As for Ali beating Liston, that was not prime vs prime. I still favor Ali due to the stylistic match and Ali's speed, but I'm just pointing it out. Plus Liston never blinded Ali, that was probably the ointment they used on Liston's injured shoulder that got into Ali's eyes during the clinches.
