He has slow direct power , very heavy handed. The punches look very slow but land somehow.

Well, the compares to part is meant to give fans a feel of what his game is like.

Joyce is a puncher with less than refined technique who hits hard. Other similarities are Joyce is defensively average like Foreman and he can intimidate like him. Big George however had the better chin.

World youth 91K or 91+KG champions often disappear for a while once they move to the senior ranks ( 18 and older ). Its nice to medal here, but medaling in the 18 and overs to me means a lot more.

Who has access to Sirenko's amateur record?

As for James Bashir, he might be a good trainer in the gym, but I found him to be very disappointing as Wlad's chief corner man. I saw no in between round advice that mattered and sometimes not enough urgency.

Sirenko just took a 13-37-7 guy ( Jamal Woods ), who has been stopped six times the distance of six rounds. I did not see the fight, but unless he hurt his hand or something, a guy who can really crack should have had this guy out of there. Just saying. I'll wait and see for him. I do think he's skilled with fast hands.

He showed some lack of motivation last year. Needs to improve himself a lot, I hope his fight against Latham is the beginning.

Imo no list is complete without mentioning Efe Ajagba. Im not usually one to get hyped about prospects but he has a lot of potential, imo.

Its a damn shame what's happened to the HW division. Whyte and Miller should be returning from suspension soon enough. Can not wait for them to expose these pretenders. That is whichever ones will actually fight them

Uh, neither will be the same without the PEDS.

Whyte is a two-time loser and I suspect his career is effectively over. Even if his latest suspension lifts, who the hell will fight him when he is a guaranteed roids cheat?

    As for the prospects:

Hrgovic- seems to be slightly the best, but we were oversold on his power and he seems to be sleeping in there half the time.

Dychko- Call me when he and is team are serious about his career.

Dubois- improved from no talent whatsoever to I am not sure. I give him credit for beating Gorman, but what did that really tell us?

Joyce- big, fun, free-swinging, powerful, crude, old, limited in ability and potential

Yoko- Reminds me of Mark Breland in a way, with size and skills, but frail. Also, has already had a PEDS bust.

    Teselenko- Didn't he lose already?

Majidov- Why did he not get in six years ago?

    Fa- noting special at all.

Ajagba- I have not seen this guy fight and I don't like to talk out of my ass, but a lot of people are high on him.

Sirenko, Afonin, Makhmudov, Romanov, Jalolov, etc- wake me up when they have some competitive fights.

Such a biased comment to make. Whyte is still cleared right fight has Hearn and Matchroom sticking with him and is WBC mandatory. His career is only just getting started. Unless he gets a ban which is unlikely based on the fact they cleared him to fight in the first place and UKAD would be sued beyond belief by Rivas. Whyte can coast for a few fights for good paydays whilst taking his title shot.

in terms of your comments around all of the other heavys are you actually still doubting Dubois. I am no Frank Warren fan but Dubois is surely a legit prospect right now. As for all the others not sure how much of your opinions actually count if you haven’t even seen Ajagba fight.

    fighters are there to be built the best thing for you to do is comment on their careers in 5 years time. If you only want competive fights. There are only 6-7 actual contenders out there right now;

wilder, fury, AJ, Ruiz, Whyte, Usyk, Parker. So are you saying only fights against these guys count? Or are there other competitive fights against guys with losses in their records you consider competive? If so you have written half of the prospects off based on the same lost already logic.

The only reason why UKAD cleared him to fight was because of their idiotic regulation: That the fighter is innocent until the B sample is opened. That is all there is to it. So him being cleared to fight doesn’t mean ****.

And the B sample results should’ve been announces a couple of weeks after the fight. It’s been 3 months and still nothing, which tells you That It didn’t turn out the way Whyte, Hearn and BBCofC hoped It would.
