Basilio is one of my fav fighters ever,never in a bad fight.

I also love his fights with SRR,Fullmer,Saxton,Gavilan and the first Demarco fight that you mentioned.

The first Benn-Eubank fight was at 160 i have it at around number six or seven.

And i havent seen the second Eubank-Watson fight.

Saad-Lopez II is great i wouldnt have any problem with someone having it at number one.and DLH-Mosley is a personal favorite of mine :yep.

Agree about the JFW division,it has some of the best fights ever i had to left out some other great fights that happened there like The Zaragoza-Banke rematch,Larios-Vazquez II,the other two fights of the Izzy-Rafa trilogy etc.
