    Holmes number 1 base on body of work?? Sure he had 20 title defenses, but did you even look at the records of MOST of thsos guys. Most of em were like ten and 0 comeing into the ring, and there fighting the champ?? Dont get me wrong, he fought good fighters like Norton, Cooney, and a past it Shavers who can still hit. BUT most of the guys Holmes was faceing were 15-0 walking into the ring.

    Holyfield wasn't the third-best of the decade. Many consider him THE best.
