    I think you a hillbilly!!
I saw your training **** on Youtube, shorten up that hook a little and if you do fire and uppercut finish it with the left hook other wise you will get nailed.

    How about something like this.

    Breakfast:
Yogurt with whey protein and flaxseed oil.
    A banana.
    A handful of strawberries.

    Snack:
    Handful of nuts.
    Handful of raisins.
    Glass of milk.

    Lunch:
Chicken / lean red meat / fish.
    Green vegetable.
    Orange juice.

    Snack:
Two slices of wholegrain bread with peanut butter.
    A glass of milk.

    Dinner:
    Lasagna.
    Chicken.
    Orange juice.

    Snack:
Milk with whey protein and flaxseed oil.
A banana or some other fruit.

Just an idea, don't take it literally. Eat 6 meals, if you want to gain weight don't worry about calories but do worry about quality. Every meal should contain fats, carbs and protein.

    already
basically I was told when I boxed before that for a guy with my build, the uppercut was mainly just a a good counter
I have been practicing a double right counter which is a modification of something I saw a lot of guys from the west dallas boys club do.
what I do is slip a straight right to the outside, throwing an uppercut to the solar plexus, then rolling in a short b-hop style right to the face and afterwards circlitng out to the right throwing the jab
PS you already knew I am a hillbilly
    you didnt have to think

The upper cut can be a counter punch but it can also be used as what Teddy Atlas calls a throw away shot, meaning you use it to lift up the other mans head, you dont really mean to land it you want his attention drawn to that shot, then you fire that left hook behind it while his head is up, the left hook is the killer shot dont throw it with all your force you will be off balance but throw it almost at medium force.
if done correctly beleive me you will notice exactly what I am talking about.

the thing is RDJ is as I am smoking less and less(should be down to only half a pack by this weekend, then switching to milds and 9th of july is cold turkey day) I get hungrier and hungrier so I am trying to get the big filling meals at breakfast and lunch and a light meal at dinner(partially too because of the near hundred degree heat from11am-8pm here) and a light meal at night
mexican food is good cuz it has greasy meat and green vbeggies

Man, eat some eggs with hotsause in the morning and some whole wheat cereal or oatmeal.

For another meal eat some brown rice, black beans, and tuna with some olive oil, and a lime if you really wanna get crazy.

Subway sandwiches are the way to go if you're busy and at work.

Also, milk, protein, a banana and a bag of rasberries in a blender are good too.
