**** yeah. A blender is the best kitchen equipment there is. Here's tomorrow's food for during work, before it went into the blender. Too bad I don't have raspberries, I love those.

Ok, anything with the word 'fried' in it has to go.

No fried stuff. More fruits and veggies, less processed foods.

A fried egg as in sunny side up right?
That doesn't need oil; and if you do add something you can add no-fat olive oil Pam just so it doesn't stick to the pan.

A fried bologna sandwich is just a piece of bologna thrown on a frying pan with no non-stick stuff even added, so I don't see what that's so wrong either (aside from the fact that it's bologna in the first place).

The pancakes and all those sugary drinks are about the only things I'd question.

For gaining weight, I'd say peanut butter by the spoon full, half a gallon of milk a day, go heavy with the cheese, and as much meat & fish as you can stomach. EDIT: oh, and eggs

Sounds like you are trying to get heart disease! The currently trend in dietary thinking is towards a large variety of organic veggies, more fish and protein from natural sources, and less poisoned foods that come from factory farms.

yeah, looking back on my original post, I can see why it would come across as not good, especially someone not from the same reigon as me
down here those kinds of meals are hailed as "good home cookin that'll stick to your ribs" rather than unhealthy junk.
I mean, the whole time I was growin up and even now, I fried meat in animal lard, not veggie oil and etc et al
this morning I had a boiled egg, yogurt, a cup of coffee and a bottle of milk
    lunch Im havin tacos
dinner will be tuna salad sanwich with jalepenos and lettuce and tomaters
