5 minute warm up 22minutes on bike 3x10 shoulder press bit odd i no jus tryin to get suome level of fitness up first
5 minute warm up 3x10 bench press 2x10 incline bench press 3x10 chest flys 3x10 press ups 3x10 power cleans 3x10 shoulder press 3x10 dumbell presses 1 hour 5 aside football
5 minute warmup 3x10 bicep curls 3x10 hammer curls 2x10 concentration curls 3x10 dips 3x10 tricep extensions
Talking metrx size up trying to bulk up over the summer havnt been to boxing since september and at the moment just intersted in filling out a bit.
November 19th 2010 Training 10 minute warm up 1.5 mile run 17 rounds on various punch bags 3 rounds of sparring strength and conditioning work out (press up's, crunches etc)
1/12/10 training: 10 minute warm up 10 minutes skipping 14 rounds on various punch bags 15 minutes of exercises
Going to start back this week, going to start of with two weeks of conditioning to get fitness levels up before going back to boxing training cant wait to compete again.
First day back 5/12/11 Training: 5 minute warm up 30 minutes stationary bike 10 minute various excerises Diet: 2 weetabix Protein shake mixed with milk Potatoes, carrot, parsnip bacon Protein shake
Current weight: 65kg (wanna get down to the 60kg class again) This morning went for a two mile run This evening 5 minute warm up 30 minutes stationary bike and 5-10 minutes exercises Diet: 2 weetabix after my run 2 slices of wholemeal toast Protein shake mixed with milk Potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts and a chicken fillet Protein shake mixed with water
28/3/12 Training: 10 minute warm up 1.5 mile run 12 rounds on various punch bags 3x2 minute rounds sparring 10 minutes ab exercises Diet: 2 slices of wholemeal toast 2 poached eggs tuna sandwhich chicken sandwhich with coleslaw half tin of tuna normally drink 2-3 litres of water a day
