you should get a heavybag, so you don't have to wait for it to stop swinging. I think I saw you on youtube before haha anyway i like your body work espescially that left hook to the body. and it looks like you're in shape. very nice. :good

It looked like when you went to the body on your bag you had your hand around your chin. They may be in better position for defense if when you go to the body, you keep your guard at eye level (holding the phone).
I hit the heavybag at the gym man, I just have this thing at home to hit. This wasn't a show of power on these vids...
good idea. I also think that if you really want full power with that jab then you should turn the fist as it's traveling to the target and then you end up really snapping it out there and causing full power
My jab is usually more of a set-up punch, however, I will take that into account and focus on it a little in training tonight, cheers.
That second video where your shadow boxing in the yard, your balance is off a bit. you look like your skipping around and to me, if you got hit, you'd be laying on your back. Center your weight or put a little more on your back leg. When you move forward, step with the front and slide the back. when you move back, vice versa. This will keep you balanced, so if someone is stalking you, which looks like they'd have to, you dont get knocked off balance
