The fight was a very tight contest, many of the rds were tough to score as there was little to seperate the two.
For anyone to scream robbery is outrageous. The fight was close.

My score was 7-4-1 for Pac

still although it seems 3 rds is a lot of separation many of these rds were so close and rds won by both at times was by very little.

I come away certainly knowing that the fight was no robbery.

Now that I'm not scoring the fight for friends I've noticed that a lot of Marquez shots that I scored weren't actually landing. The fight looks closer to me this time but I still need to score it a second time

if i don't have to worry about typing it out for friends it should be easier to notice the things I didn't before. It'll be interesting to see how/if my 114-114/115-113 JMM card changes

Get lost Marquez won 3 rounds only! I have it for pack but rounds 2. ,5,6,(7 or 8 I forget), 9 I score for Marquez

Yes they were close but 115-113 either way or a draw if fair IMO

    From another thread:

    Rd 1 Manny
    Rd 2 Juan
    Rd 3 Manny
    Rd 4 Juan
    Rd 5 Juan
    Rd 6 Juan
    Rd 7 Juan
    Rd 8 Manny
    Rd 9 Manny
    Rd 10 Manny
    Rd 11 Juan
    Rd 12 Manny

    114-114

Round 6 was really close. Gave it to Marquez 'cause of the body shots. Did you guys see Pac's little footwork in the 7th where he had the right hook, left hand combo and then he quickly moved away? That was pretty cool. And what the **** was Kellerman babbling about the 1st round? That was a clear round for Pac.

I initially scored it 116-112 for JMM. But I think that was due to my high expectations of Pac blowing JMM out. I do not have a problem with JMM winning. But now I'm fairly convinced that there was no real clear winner of this fight. If Marquez was the champion, yes, I would've given it to him. IMO, Beristain made a huge mistake after the 11th round. JMM completely gave away the first 2 1/2 minutes of the 12th. He would've won 115-113 on my new and improved card.

    :deal Exactly.

Who needs judges when this is basically all you need to score a bout.

If you had Pacquaio winning, your card is either very biased or you can't score a fight for ****

i wasn't implying that more damage wins fights but that the compubox numbers do have merit and that not only did pacquiao land more shots but the harder shots.

not really. almost all rounds are close, the official judges preferred pac's aggressiveness and landing more. pacquiao actually took most of the early and late rounds.
