just finished my 3rd day of walking ... my routine is to put on 2 layers of clothing.. a pair of shirts... then a thick tshirt...with sweats and a long sleve russle athetic shirt over that ... i do a mile with hills along the way ... it only takes me about 10 mins and i know i should do alot more but it's a damn good start...

just trying to cut fat ya know?...eating lots of chicken .. drinking loads of water...no bull**** fast food or bull**** snacks... loads of boiled eggs.. toast ..

its a ***** but at this rate i'll cut my weight down 20 pounds in a couple of monthes

****ing sprint up that hill, wearing a load of clothes makes you sweat more, you lose sweat weight.

LOL. He sure will lose a lot of weight...When he falls over dead with a heat stroke. Everybody will talking about how he's never looked so good when there viewing his casket.
Anyways, your doing fine. Just keep it up. Maybe increase the walk after a week or two, and eventually get to where you start running. Don't overdo it. I'm not sure what your weather is like there, but if it's a super hot day, and you overdo it, it could be very dangerous.

Why not just run? No need for all the layers.

..........I'll say this; I'd rather run ten miles than walk them. Walking ****s up my back.

I give ya credit; walking distances isn't as easy as some make it out to be.

I walk everywhere since I'm too cheap to get a car, my back is ****ed anyway but walking doesn't affect my back unless I'm carrying a bag.

How does walking **** up your back?

..........Dunno; it just tightens up. Not when running, I'm fine then, but my lower back seizes up when I have to walk or stand for long periods.

It's called being in your forties. :yep

The best things to cut fat are HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-intensity_interval_training
    and Hill Sprinting

also you got to cut sugar and fat, eat foods like tuna (and all kind of fish-seafood), chicken, lot of veggies, fruits. No pasta, no bread, no potatoes.. avoid cream in your coffee, replace it by milk, you know all these little things... avoid sauce made with cream, fat salad dressing. Drink only water and green tea..

Some inspiring stories of fat loss :

It's hard but you can do it

He weighs in at 250 pounds, I doubt he can do much sprinting. Hill walks are fine for now IMO, coupled with a calorie deficit.
