I don't rate Collazo as high as you do H2H.. I think he would lose a close fight with Berto and he has no real accomplishments at 147 other than surviving 12 rounds with Mosley and having a very close fight with a WW Hatton. Quintana is a step above him, plus Collazo hasn't been active.. probably because he had some hand injury after fighting Mosley. I would probably pick Berto over Clottey as well.

Maybe Judah should be above Williams, but other than that I think Williams/Margarito are in the right spot. Cintron hasn't proven anything yet and it's 50/50 that Margarito is going to beat him again. Who else should be above Williams/Margarito?

Shave off Mayweather. The man is no welterweight and does not want to be one. He said himself that he won't go chasing welterweights around.

Why is everyone so impresed that Cotto beat Judah and Mosley? They were both past their primes when Cotto beat them.

I don't know whether to strangle you for having PBF over Cotto, or give you major praise for having a SUPERB list besides that.

Actually, it's so good I'll leave the PBF thing alone.

    1. PBF – obvious
    2. Cotto – obvious
    3. Mosley – win over Collazo, very close fight with Cotto
    4. Quintana – easy win over Williams, loss to Cotto
    5. Clottey – controversial loss to Margarito, some good wins
    6. Williams – win over Margartio, loss to Quintana
    7. Margarito – big win over Cintron, close fight with Williams
    8. Cintron – loss to Margarito, struggle with Feliciano, some good wins
    9. Judah – brave but clear loss to Cotto
    10. Berto/Bonsu: both need an elite opponent to rank them higher

If Berto is in anyone's top 10 he should be at the bottom of the list ... Berto can't beat anyone in these top 10 lists that i've read he'd lose to everyone

Berto should not be top ten...

You need to give moe credit to the title holders:

PBF, Cotto,Cintron and Quintana....that's the way I see it...

Judaha has two wins since he last lost...Williams lost and lost bad....Clottey is coming strong, SSM is still a force....Collazo is also to be recken with , he lost to SSM, yet he can box....Margarito also need to be on the top 10
