I could see his punches a mile away! The man looked really really poor tonight...I tell you if Groves rematches him he KO's him under 5 next time.
Agreed. Anderson looked lethargic and slow in there, and got caught with some stupid shots. He was very lucky Reid's 41 years old.
I couldn't believe how slow he was, I've only watched him against Groves and I don't remember him being that slow. Even when Reid was hurt he was just throwing these wide, slow hooks and was getting caught himself.
I really wouldn't be surprised if ****** just faxed the contract to fight Groves I honestly wouldn't. Groves must be salivating right now....
No way Groves will waste his time...Anderson was outboxed by a washed up Reid. Anderson is clearly just a domestic level fighter at best.
He's never been the most flamboyant of fighters but he did look rusty, slow and lethargic. His most notable career highlight is a brave howing against Groves, a fight he lost. Maybe he can feature in some interesting fights going foward, but he'll have to really sharpen up if he's to retain that title.
yeah, didn't look the best tonight. think all that time being out of the ring had a lot to to with it. hopefully he isn't messed around like he has been over the last year. should look better next time out against smith. we'll know a lot more about him in that fight.
That was a pretty poor quality title fight. Anderson let Reid box at his own pace for too long. I don't remember him being that slow in his other fights either, hopefully it was just inactivity.
