Well, in most cases. For example Rocky Marciano never KO'ed anybody with one punch. Nearly all boxers have one punch KO power, but they rarely KO anyone with one punch. Jimmy Thunder did.
Oh, I see what you mean. :good But some fighters can turn a fight around with one punch, resulting in a KO win. What do you call that ?
It means they can knock someone who is on steady legs out with a single punch rather than a combination. Not the first punch. Not many can do even this.
Nonsense.."one punch knockout power" is part of the lore and allure of boxing. What should you talk about when you're discussing the merits of Julian Jackson, for example, as pertaining to what separated him from most other fighters, past or present...what was his phenomenal signature calling card....if you don't mention his ability to turn a fight around and end it with one punch, you've got very little to say about him. One punch ability is an intrinsic topic when discussing boxing..not in all cases, but certainly at other times.
Watch a Joe Louis highlight reel and see the dude disrupt central nervous systems and you'll change your mind.
