    Richie did referee at the same time as Gibbs - in the 1980s - and said Gibbs was a gentleman who really helped him and other younger referees.

    I'm not surprised. Bugner's reaction when his hand his raised tells the story of the fight - it was close but not that close. Cooper did enough (for me). Nevertheless, Gibbs was an honest referee and gave an honest decision.
