    Anyone seen much of Yuh?

Ive seen the one fight, so its near impossible to gauge him.

His reign was long but wasnt choc full of names.

All I can say about him is that he is some volume puncher, he just kept throwing, usually in bunches and appeared technically quite sound. Appeared his workrate could give anyone trouble but I cant remember who it was against, so again hard to gauge how impressive a win it was.

I think Lopez would`ve outboxed him en route to a points win. Leo Gamez gave Yuh two very tough fights by strictly boxing him and looking for countering opportunitys, he did not look to engage him for any lenght of time and ran himreal close on the cards as a result. Yuh can look like a million bucks if someone was willing to engage him and swap some leather, but if made to take the lead depending on the opponent Yuh could struggle at times.

Lopez was much more mobile and precise than Gamez and packed a solid punch as well, and my guess is that he would play it safe and box from a distance and not get into any protracted exchanges with the stronger and iron chinned Korean. About that fight you mentioned you saw WhataRock, do you remember what round the fight ended in? If you can remember it I can probably figure out which opponent he was fighting.

Thanks for the reply Raging Bull.

I watched this fight 3 maybe 4 years ago. It went the rounds and Yuh seemed to win comfortably. It was over 12.
The quality was little fuzzy, I think it was originally better but a friend of mine had it on VHS tape and it must have deterioated (terrible spelling) over time.

If I had to guess the opponants ethnicity he appeared Mexican or central american. If memory serves me he resembled Yory Boy a little, but I could be mixing up fights and fighters which I sometimes do with obscure fights like that.

    It definitely wasnt Gamez though.
