Personally, I hate that ****. Made me nauseous and nervous in sparring the one time I tried it. Might be good for slow weightlifting, but it's awful for boxing.
Stay the hell away from NO Explode. Unless you are the kind of person who likes the jitters, insomnia and anxiety.
i took no xplode a few years back and it made me feel rather drunk,sick and gave me bad headaches.would never try it again
I hear that N.O X stuff has actual caffeine in it? My guess is pure powdered caffeine (like NoDoz not tea or coffee). For me, that ish is horrible when you re doing something as intense as Boxing or running. I have had the same symptoms as the other folks on here... Have a bowl of quick oats (thinnest easiest to digest) and a cup of coffee/glass of tea half an hour before a workout. You will be a beast!
