Well if it was wet like reported and rubbing on the inside of red gloves..I could see it might have bit of a maxi pad look about it.

I believe so too but he may not have been too aware of how his trainer was wraping his hands. It's got more to do with his corner than anything.

Interesting, isn't it. That's why an ACCUSATION should always be taken with a grain of salt, particularly if it comes from the opponent's camp.

State boxing officials confiscated Margarito's wraps, so I think we're well past just an accusation at this point. :deal

it wouldn't hurt his hand because it's press against the knuckles...which would explain the blood, since it's it was placed on the knuckles then wrapped....and sinced it was already fitted from the Cotto fight, maybe they thought they would use it again.

maybe if Mosley would've lost maybe I would have taken it with a grain of salt...but Mosley won and won big...there's no reason for Richardson to lie.

The accusations started before the fight, and he can't backtrack either.

he first said it was just gauze with some greyish **** in it and that it might of been an accident...
then he changed it to blocks...now they even had stains and he wanted to punch capatillo :-(

First Richardson says its bricked up gauze, then he says a block fell out of it........
.....then he goes on to say "if you let it get hard!"

    WTF!!!!
Are'nt there any reporters out there left with the guts to question people and get to the bottom of things????

Could'nt the interviewer had said, "You said a block fell out of Margarito's wraps, but now you're saying "if you let it get hard....did a block of hard plaster fall out of Margarito's wraps or did'nt it???"

These questions need to be asked of Richardson, because he's not giving anyone straight and accurate answers.

Its just like the Trinidad fiasco, and this lame brain Richardson thinks that the wraps had the potential to turn hard.......thats his freakin opinion.......but dont come out to the media and state that a block of plaster fell out of Margarito's wraps if thats not the case.
