Canelo is gonna have to make this a dog fight. IMO he needs to impose his size on Mayweather and rough him up on the inside.

I would have to agree, canelo has the right tools but now is not the time. If i was GB I would have kept canelo away from mayweather until September 2014. This could have given him 2 more fights to get things together, the fight Against trout showed he had stamina problems which isn't good because he's 22. Mayweather is always on game the full 12rds, canelo can't afford to sit back and take rounds off against Floyd. I think Floyd wins in a UD, but Canelos size and power which he keeps all 12rds will be a major factor and I wouldn't count him out. Stuff happens and who knows but my money's on may.

 

I don't either and that's Canelo's biggest problem in the fight. He's not active enough to outwork PBF nor can he outbox him. His best chance is to land a good shot that PBF doesn't see and stop him. Because I just don't see any other way for him.

 

I would be bitter too if i knew i was the best fighter in my country and just came from Knocking out the fighter of the decade, yet my own countrymen ignored me to support two ( jr and canelo ) unproven fighters who aren't half as good as i am.
