yes, it's true. Nacho won't be training him. Nacho did not give a reason to be honest. That should be known. We have nothing but respect for Nacho as a trainer. That is very unfortunate, I thought Nacho would do a great job raising Mares into very complete boxer-puncher. I can also see why they would separate, with Mares residing in the LA area it would be hard to relocate to Mexico City for every fight, and the change in managers which in itself is a move away from the Beristain team. But Mares still leaves it open for a possible return to Nacho in the future. The thread title is very misleading.
