During the Fight Speak episode on Tecates website they asked Nacho what he would tell Pacquiao.
He said he would tell him to train well because with his distractions it may take away from his focus and the way JMM is training he could really get hurt.

That is very shocking to hear Nacho say that. Before the 2nd fight he was asked about the upcoming fight and he said Pacquiao is an animal and it is going to be a very difficult fight yet he did not say anything about Pac having to worry. He was worried for JMM.

Nacho just sounds much more confident than usual. He is a very honest person and doesnt play games like Roach or Ariza.

I wonder what he sees that makes him so confident this time around when arguably Pac should have an upper hand compared to the other fights.

Thats what im thinking but not in the way you are. Im sure you mean PEDs but this is actually the first time JMM has hired a conditioning coach which nowadays alot of fighters do to take them to the next level.

You think Nacho is seeing such results that he is thinking the victory is innevitable this time around?

There is no chance JMM can handle Pacquiao's power at 144lbs considering how badly he's been hurt by Diaz and Katsidis while Pac has been eating uppercuts and bodyshots from Cotto and Margarito this will be a bridge too far for Marquez.

Personally I think JMM is going to be in the best shape of his life and he mite come in shape which could have given floyd problems (but still lose)

How badly was JMM hurt by Diaz??? By Katsidis.
In the Diaz fight you are proabably talking about the left hook Diaz landed which caught JMM off balance so it looked like he was hurt but it was a balance issue as he was not staggering around.
The Katsidis fight he got caught with a hell of a shot yet got up on steady legs and went on to win the round punishing Katsidis.

Yes he has taken some shots from Cotto and Margarito. However tell me which one of them was able to time him and catch him with something he didnt see coming??? Cotto wasnt able to do it and after he tasted Pacs power he ran. Margarito was just plain too slow to catch him with anything specially a counter.

  7. I'd believe JMM is 100% ready and focused to try and personally prove he is a better fighter of the 2 once and for all. He is in awesome shape

If JMM is somehow capable of taking and dealing well with Pac's shots, I believe he will win. Where Pacquiao seems to be physically miles ahead of JMM, he is undoubtedly, technically miles ahead of Pac.

He will not be taking as many as Pacs previous opponents have. Thats the big difference. Pacs last opponents basically could not stop Pac from hitting them. The only ones that did lasted the distance. Clottey(went into a shell) MOsley(ran like hell).

JMM will be turning to Pacs side and whenever PAc throws he always ducks below the punches. Also when Pac punches and JMM is pivots and is right beside him JMM will make sure he hits him then.

Maybe JMM was technically superior to Manny in their first two fights, but Pac has improved significantly since then. A better variety of punches , improved balance and better timing have made Pac even more of a beast than he was before. Just ask Floyd, he's noticed and is scared shitless.
If you can survive multiple fights with the likes of Morales, Barrera and Marquez, whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Marquez has actually helped make Manny a better all around fighter .

Yes, I too believe he will turn him constantly, sidestep and make him miss which i have no doubt he will accomplish but he will need to engage with combinations and not single shot counters. He needs to turn him and jab also, pac was able to adapt and take away cotto's straight foward jab too.

No doubt he has added technique since they last met but compared to how he has advanced physically Id say that increase is the most significant and notable.

"We welcome a more technical Manny Pacquiao"
    -Nacho Beristain

He has said many times. Pac may improve but he will never be on the level of a JMM technically. ITs the wild cat that Beristain used to say he was unsure about.

Yes i did not mean just 1 or 2 punches. JMM usually when he counters has a habit of throwing long combinations. something like 5-7 punches. I think he should stick to 3-5 here and also back off so Pac has to reset again. JMM always has the habit of countering with a 5-7 punch combo. After seeing his damage he lets another one go and thats when Pac can catch him. He can not throw 2 consecutive combinations in the pocket. 1 combination is enough. That way Pac is forced to take more risks when he lunges in knowing he only has a small window to hit him. If Pac loses his head here i can actually see a JMM TKO.
