Nacho Beristain Will Train Jorge Arce...Yes, Arce is Back!!!

Yeah, she's a piece alright. I think Arce has been on the way down for a while, and the Darchinyan fight was only the culmination of his decline. Even with the addition of the great Nacho Beristain, he's working against the two factors of early aging and teaching an old dog new tricks.

 

I have a feeling that this will be somewhat reminiscent of the Mayweather Sr/Hatton partnership. Arce looks good boxing against his next opponent, but next time he comes up against one of the top dogs in the division he goes back to same old Jorge.

 

This is bad news. Jorge Arce is shot. He looked totally gone against Dar-Chinny-an, no real snap or power to his shots.
