JMM was probably lucky to walk away with 1millon when it's all said and done. I'm not saying the trainers don't deserve their cut, but 50k for 2 months of work is dam good money especially in Mexico.

$50k is peanuts. It's lower than the average salary in UK which is not what you expect for HIS position, think about it..he's a top trainer, arguably the best today. His own fighter makes $5m. Roach usually makes $1m+
1% is greedy. He deserves much more than that.

Take the 40% tax and its almost half gone before he's even paid anyone. If top rank gave him a advance he's got to pay that back plus their % of the cut. I can see how he can make 5/6 million and take home not much. I'm not saying he's not keeping his money, I just wonder how the payout breaks down. He and Nacho live in Mexico, 50k goes a lot Further there then in the states. How long is training camp 2 3 months max, 50k is dam good for that time span.
