Nacho: Marquez Has To Survive Early Pacquiao Rounds

Not fair to compare a Pac loss as what Shane did,unless Marquezz runs the whole fight.He is the only guy to really band with Pac

 

Spot-on assessment by the master. They know JMM can match well with Pac in the later rounds.

Pac has to murder JMM in the first 4 rounds. If not, it will favor JMM.

 

I hope Pac comes out guns blazing as he did in those Morales fights.
If he does, I like Marquez' chances to land a huge counter that can set up a KO.

You *******s can laugh at what I've just said, but my feeling in reading what both Nacho and Marquez have been saying about gameplans, is that they will be much more selective in their counter opportunities, which means Marquez might be aiming to throw 2 and 3 punch combinations instead of 4 and 5 punch combinations.

Throwing 2 and 3 punch combinations means Marquez can sit on his punches more, which means a Pac could run into a massive counter with his aggressive style.

The point is, yeah Pacquiao can bring alot of heat in the early rounds, but against a master on the counter like Marquez, Pacquiao has to be careful not to get caught by a huge counter.
I'm telling you guys, Marquez is capable of landing a big shot........and if he lands it, he's shown over his last several fights he's a finisher.

 

Divac do you give JMM a good chance to beat Pacquiao?

I am sure he wants Pac to start thinking this time around other than try to blast JMM out of there. In a thinking game not many beat JMM and Nacho.

 

It's the truth. The knockdowns in their last two fights happened early.

 

Not only in thier fight's, also in the Mayweather and Katsidis fight's aswell.

 

Any fighter who is hit back clean is gonna feel it. Marquez punches will definately get Pacquiao´s attention. **** if you let a 5 year old boy hit you in the face clean you would feel it. Marquez is no *****, he will definately not knock him out but he will do enough to get Pac´s attention which would be enough.

 

I think they should use the Mosely fight as a stratergy to survive early rounds.......

Back pedal, Dont fully engage, and fight a negative fight until you are comfortable with pacs movements and combos.

Then pick the pace up when you are confident with what he brings.

The only thing i worry about from looking at past fights is that back then Pac was a 1 handed fighter. Now he is a totally different animal.

I hope Marquez can do it, and there is a chance of an upset, but i just think its too late on in Marquez career.
