What is a weak era? We have no time machine so any h2h comparisons won't work. Lewis, tyson, bowe and holyfield would be meaningless for him to have fought from 05 onwards since all were way past prime.

I'd be more bothered i.e he'd beaten them 4 and not taken on the top ranked guys of his era. In my book it's much better beating peter, byrd, iggy and chag than it is taking out the big 4 who were all badly faded and unranked.
