I agree with your names except for the last line. I think Ali would beat the **** out of Toney but not stop him. Toney is very tough and durable, he'll probably lose a landslide decision against Ali like he did against Jones. He is not susceptible to cuts either, come to think of it, was he ever cut?
6? There are more like 60 who could. Too much is being made of Toney's demolition of Evander "Real Shell" Holyfield. Anyone who believes that Holyfield would not have stopped Toney in his prime needs to check the films. Toney got ravenous when he looked at the HW field. Jones beat Ruiz, who is a not much better than any clutch and grab spoiler, and Toney sought to outdo that -so he took on a few more who were either past threats, or basic fighters -which was virtually the whole field.
