    Lewis
    Marciano
    Frazier
    Liston
    Foreman
    Holmes
    Holyfield
    Tyson
    Haye
    Wlad
    Ali
    Louis

Most of them beat him on cuts. Because of his solid chin, his face will fall apart before enough punches are landed to force a TKO or maybe even a KO.

This is a loaded question "beat Vitali without issue ". Vitali has the skills and size to beat any heavyweight in history or at least make a long night for them. However there are Heavyweights that O think would or could beat him. Yhe list in no pictular order. Also with most likly result(s) if the opoent wins
    1. Lenox Lewis. He did beat Vitali. You migt point out that Vitali was up on the cards and that Lewis was getting tired. However Lewis opened up a bad cut on Vitali that was going to get worse before Lewis was going to run out of gas. Lewis by mid-late round tko.
    2. Ridick Bowe. Bowe and Vitali are both big men who can box from the outside and fight on the inside. While I think that Vitali is more physical than Bowe I think Bowe is more Durble than Vitali. I think that bowe would be able to take what Vitali gives him better than Vitali is able to take from Bowe. The Lewis fight shows that if you can hit Vitali you can beat him. Bowe will be able to hit Vitali. Bowe mid -late round tko
    3. Mike Tyson. On paper Vitali has two things going for him when it comes to beating a prime Tyson. Sie and a very good Jab. His size should allow him to stay away from Tyson. His Jab should also keep Tyson at bay. In my opinion Vitali's jab may be the best offensive Jab in the history of the sport. When Compu-Box tallies Power shots they should count Vitali's jab as a power shot. However it is not realy a defensive weopen. Tyson has the speed and defense to slip Vitali's jab and land. If Tyson lands on anyone it is going to be a short night. For Vitali (or anyone) to beat Tyson. He needs to land his jab fallow with a stright and grab Tyson so he can't respond. In hopes of scoreing a late round t/ko. If Vitali fails to score the stopage he willlook like he is in survior mode which is no way to win over the Judges (see Tyson vs. Smith and Tyson vs. Holmes). Tyson by early-mid t/ko or wide decision in a snoozer.
    4. Larry Holmes. Holmes is underated and gives anyone problems. I'm favoring Vitali in this on. However Holmes toughness is underrated. He twice fought and beat the hard punching Ernie Shavers. He also has an exlent Jab that will serve him well. Holmes by decision 7/12 rounds.
5a. George Foreman (Young Version) Foreman is by no means is a skilled boxer. He throws his punches wide leaving him self open for counter shots. He also has stamina isues. However he can hit. Like with Tyson if he lands it is going to be a short night. Forman by t/ko early-mid rounds.
5b. Forman (older version) Slower but wiser than his younger self. He also a better defense, and yes he can still hit. As long as Vitali can stay away he should win an easy decision however if he gets careless for just a second and....Foreman by late round t/ko.
6a.Muhamad Ali (younger version) While Vitali is bigger and stronger Ali is faster. Ali will be a moving target. Hiting Vitali and getting away. Ali by decision 9/12.
6b. Muhamad Ali (older version) This version of Ali has one of if not the best chin in boxing history. Vitali might have the best punch in heavyweight history if not boxing history. Something has got to give. If Ali can take Vitali's punches he should be able to fight in spurts and steal rounds. Ali by decision 7/12.
    7. Sonny Liston. Liston is short therefor a small target with a long reach and can punch. This is going to mean trubble for anyone he faces. I like Vitali in this one. However Liston will allways have a punchers cance. Liston by late round stopage.
    8. Joe Louis. If there is such thing as a fundelmently perfect boxer it is Louis. he also has underrated defense and tremoundous power espicialy for a man of his size. In truth Louis is not that small he is on the light side by todays standers 200-210 but at 6'1"-6'2" he is not that short. Like with Tyson, Foreman and Liston if Louis lands on anyone itis going to be a short night. I think due to the size diffrence a stopage would come latter for Louis than for Tyson, Foreman and Liston. Louis by mid-late round t/ko
    9. Jack Johnson. Johnson may be the best defensive heavweight of all time (I think Tyson is better). From seeing the last round of Vitali vs. Kiven Johnson it is clear to me that a good defensive boxer who xould fallow defense with some offence, which Kiven could not but I think Jack could. Has a very good chance to beat Vitali. Johnson by decision 8/12
    10. Wald. If they wern't brothers they would have boxed eachother allready maby 2 or 3 times. Vatali is bigger, stronger, faster and meaner. Wald is the better boxer. Waad also has questions about his chin which he has goten better at protecting. I think that they both should be able to hit each other. The key is if Wald's chin holds up. Both have the power to stop eachother. Wald either late round stopage or decision 7/12.
These are 10 guys who I think can beat Vitali. I'm not saying that it would be easy for any of them or that I favir all of them but I do think that they can beat him.

Vitali is a great HW. Overall, prime, H2H he is beaten by Lewis,Foreman,Ali,Louis and possibly Holyfield. I can't see anyone dominating him though and i wouldnt be surprised if he did sneak a decision past some of these names. P4P in terms of skill, there are dozens perhaps of heavyweights better than him though.

Come on Kirk that has NOTHING to do with anything. So me a 17 year old that could beat a 17 year old Wilfredo Benitez???

Age is just a number some fighters age differently some fighters are old at 28 and some are young in there mid 30's.

Seriously dude! I distinctly recall a Keith who posted on ESB back when I first started reading/contributing, shortly after Wlad defeated Botha.

    He lived in Northern California

Had a young son who was a big Pro Wrestling fan

Hated anything to do with the klitschkos

Any of this ring a bell???

Wow a lot of hate for Vitali.

Well I think guys like Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Tyson, Lewis, Louis, Witherspoon, Holmes beat him but I don't think Bowe, Holyfield, Byrd, Tua, Bruno do.

This is all speculation of course but I think he is awkward enough to give almost anyone a good fight, including all the ATGs. Not to say I think he wins those matchups, because I don't. But he isn't just some stiff like everyone is making him out to be.

It doesn't matter if you think Byrd would beat him or not, because he did.

nah man i know, i didnt put that the best way i suppose, what i mean is, people are shitting on vitali, and completely disregarding his age. Since when does that happen? 38 is 38, your right, some fighters dont age too bad, some fighters do, but vitali is 38 and showing it.

What i ment by bringing up his age was, people see him fight, then say man this guy would have had him outta there, this guy this, this guy that, but in their head, they are thinking of a prime version for the most part, or at least close to prime version, and then comparing it to the performence of a 38 year old whos been riddled with injuries, and completely disregarding it.

So, i brought up them at age 38, to put some perspective on what we are talking about here, which is a 38 year old guy who is showing his age.

Roy jones just got knocked out by Green, you dont see people going around saying damn roy jones sucks, and DM would have beat the **** out of green..... why? because roy is old, and past it, and that is being taken into consideration. So if someone wants to bring up how bad a performence was put up against a certain opponent, it should have some sort of context behind it imo, and i was just trying to show some context. Just because vitali keeps on winning doesnt mean hes not past it, and to me it seems that people are going out of their way to **** on him, and not take into account the man will be 40 in a few years, then using his current condition and act like this is vintage vitali, no... its a 38 year old vitali whos had history of surguries and injuries.

But i agree my initial post should probably have been worded differently, your right. I do stand by my point though, and that is people are trying to bring THIS vitali up as if this is his best, when other fighters at this stage of the game were completely done for the most part, so instead of being like, damn... vitali is really showing his age, or vitali should retire he doesnt have it anymore, it is 'this guy would whup vitalis ass', 'vitali sucks', ect, ect... as if this fight has any bearing on the overall argument at this stage in anything other then resume, and the fact someone can name only 15-20 guys in front of vitali at heavyweight is a testement in itself how good vitali is.

    imo

but i should probably have worded it differently man your right :good
