    If he beats Povetkin, Whyte will have racked up a solid list of wins. Some were close/ controversial... but still:

    Povetkin
    Chisora twice
    Rivas
    Parker
    Helenius

    That's decent, considering how much more seasoned a lot of those boxers are in terms of experience/knowledge. Where Whyte been learning on the job as a pro with a tiny amateur experience of only 7 fights.

    Regardless of "yeah but he was given a shot and turned it down"... that's irrelevant here, because its a guy that still got up off his arse and risked his ranking/position each time to fight a dangerous opponent thats not a tickover fight... but a challenging/top level/competitive bout.

    Guy's a beast. A LOT of guys just stick around the gym waiting for their shot, or just take easy fights/ tick over fights.

    Parker alone had 15 years boxing experience on Whyte. And Whyte fought him for no ranking benefit.

    Povetkin = Old
    Chisora = Old (lost 1st fight)
    Rivas = Unproven
    Parker = Overrated
    Helenius = Anorexic

    Povetkin - 40 years old and shot to pieces, barely handled Hughie Fury and was blowing hard from following him around after barely 4 rounds
    Chisora twice - Went life and death with twice
    Rivas - Who? dropped hard.
    Parker - Who has Parker beat? dropped heavily. Didn't have the fight in him to handle either AJ or Whyte.
    Helenius - lol.

    AJ and Fury both destroy Whyte. He can get a title shot, he won't win though.

    It won't even be funny the beating Fury will give him...Fury will need to take mercy on Whyte like he did in the 2nd Chisora fight.

    Whyte should wait for the IBF belt Fury will vacate in 2021 after he whoops AJ.

    The funny thing is Povetkin and Whyte are both so 1 dimensional it should turn into a pretty good fight stylistically. Povetkin looked like trash against Hughie.

    Povetkin is going to cry when he realizes how basic Whyte is and knowing he could have beat him if he was just a little bit younger.
