You know, I am torn. I actually really want Whyte to get his shot, which I think he very well deserves. I get your point.

I am just a bit nostalgic for Povetkin, is all.

Let the better man win. It should be Whyte fairly easily, but mark my words, if Povekin does get him, it will be with the overhand right counter.

Yeah Pov is dangerous, I am under no illusions it will be easy, Whyte will need focus. But the best thing about Whyte is he never overlooks any of his opponents, he gives them their due respect. So he knows very well who he is fighting, and who is showing up motivated to take his WBC position.

I am a huge fan of Pov too, they guy is dangerous, quick, durable, packs dynamite. But we've seen Whyte overcome many styles, like Parker who was twice as fast as Whyte, and a highly motivated Chisora that just wouldn't stop coming forward.

Whyte has been ready from a physical/mental standpoint for a title shot for some time now. I genuinely feel this is a dangerous fight, but always back Whyte for the win... I know what Whyte brings to the table.

Dillyarn Shyte would have lost to Parker if not for the head but.

He was also easily handled by Joshua, he never had Joshua in trouble like some people make out.

    Tyson Fury would monster him.

Joshua would be a 50 50 fight only because Joshua is past his peak and gun why since Ruiz sparked him.

At least 5 guys in the division would easily beat him.

He also had to resort to extremely dirty tactics to beat Parker. If he was really so good he would have fought fair.

If Whyte is so bad, Parker, Rivas, Chisora would have beaten him no problems, regardless of any supposed dirty tactics by Whyte.

If whyte is SO crap, he wouldn't have won all these fights. Hunter is regarded as a GOOD , strong boxer here.... so if Whyte beats Pov, then that puts him above Hunter...

so much for being crap ay? Anyways your entitled to your opinion.

Whyte beats AJ, and Wilder, and Hunter, and Pov. And Parker again, and Rivas again.

Parker, Rivas and chisora just aren't top level guys, they're 2nd tier guys, just like dillian is.

still has a lot to do before I rate Whyte as a top fighter.

    But he'll fall short.

So who is top tier? Parker is former champ and beat Ruiz who is former champ too.

    That isn't a 2nd tier guy.

Well, he isn't a top guy is he... had a belt for a bit but we all know what happened when aj beat him in 1st gear.. lol

No Shame in being the nearly man bud, dillian will fall short but he'll do alright out of the game by time he's finished up.

It's weird because it's almost like you expect there to be just one guy at the top who is head and shoulders above the rest... then whats the point of that? You would then argue the competition is so crap, this top guy is beating everyone!!! Like rocky marciano.

Its OKAY to have close, competitive fights... thats the whole point.

    Ruiz Jr beat AJ.
    Parker beat Ruiz Jr
    Whyte beat Parker

Whyte is defo a top guy.

Name your top tier guys so I can chuckle a bit.

Fury hardly fought anybody noteworthy... his resume is THIN as hell. Deontay fought CLOWNS. Three times over.

What you say is simply not true, got nothing to do with my bias for Whyte... you are dreaming if you think Whyte ain't top level material.

If Whyte beats Pov, that puts him above Hunter who was touted here as the NEXT best thing in the division along with Usyk.

He's chisora level man, we seen that twice for God sake, there's no refuting him and del were well matched, even fighters.

That's dillians level. Can't deny it, you seen it, I seen it, we all seen it.. twice!
Yet, you'll still argue the toss about his 'level'

    Chisora KOd Takam.

AJ is a young prime champ and couldn't KO Takam.

So again, who are your top level guys?

Don't be silly and butthurt now bud, dillian is what dillian is, not that I don't want him to do well, but he'll fall short against aj nd fury, you know.. the champs, there's isn't much else there, maybe Ruiz would like to beat on dillian too at some point, who knows lol ... Rollseyes!
