One of my all-time favorites is Alfonso Zamora vs. Carlos Zarate. I've definitely watched that fight more than 25 times. It is quick and to the point and there is is that added entertainment of that guy hopping into the ring in the first round to be quickly tossed out by LE. In fact, I'm going to watch it again right now while I eat some cookies to add to my count. LOL!

PS I am hoping Jared Anderson vs Zhan Kossobutskiy is a modern heavyweight version of this fight.

Forgot to add, Tyson vs Holmes. As I've mentioned before, that straight right to Larry's head always cheers me up.

    Yes Clinton...good choices.

I've watched FOTC, Thrilla in Manila and Duran Leonard (1) at least five times.

And the Hagler Hearns too many times to count.

    Cotto-Torres
    Corrales-Castillo 1 and 2
Julian Jackson vs Drayton,Norris and McClellan 1
    Bowe-Golota 2
    De la Hoya-Vargas
    Hopkins-Trinidad
    Hamed-Kelley
    Lewis-Klitschko
    Vazquez-Marquez 2
    Trinidad-Reid
And many others that have been mentioned already

The longest fight I’ve watched 5 plus times is Holmes-Norton.

I’d say I’ve watched Holyfield-Tyson 1 seven times. It has always held great intrigue for me because I saw it with my older brother on sky office when I was 6 years old.We found out the result on Tele text in the morning and we were dumbfounded ‘oh my god Tyson lost,Tyson lost’.The child like sense of wonder.

Many of the ones where a controversial event happened, such as Sharkey Carnera II.

    Morales Pacquiao 1
Trinidad vs vargas (despite the foul fest - I love this fight)
Judah vs Spinks 1 (boring to some, but a tactical battle with a cool clash of styles in my mind)
Mayweather vs Corley (not the best Floyd opponent, but an entertaining fight where Mayweather showed grit and went toe-to-toe)
    Tony vs Jirov

There should be more on this list but every moment seems limited in my adulthood.
