When you have a youtube link that may look something like.... http://youtube.com/watch?v=yjTHLPmfBCQ You need to take the bold bit, and then click the YouTube icon you can see when you are making a post. Put the bold bit inside the tags. It is the same with all videos, you are just taking the bit after the v= up until there are no more letters, since some look different.
