Prime Hearns isn't really a fair matchup, because he was in his prime at 147 and 154. Jones is 2 to 3 divisions higher.

I pick RJJ over the rest as well, but at 175, which has a much deeper history than 168, then it gets much tougher. RJJ probably loses to Spinks and Foster. Qawi gives him a tough fight but I wouldn't favor him to beat Jones. Need to see more footage of Moore & Charles.

168 is a relatively new division, some of the greats of the past could have fought in that division, and I'm sure fought around the 168 weight range before the division existed. Some of the great LHWs may have been able to make 168 with different weigh-in rules.

I agreed with your analyisis and I really dislike Jones.

    168 pounds- Nobody beats Jones
175 pounds & 190 pounds: loses to several fighters including maybe James Toney himself

There's nobody from 154 to 168 that i'd favor against a prime ROy Jones.

I think Hagler (160,) Robinson (160,) Leonard and Hearns (both at 154) could make things very interesting, especially Hagler if he decided to keep the pressure on JOnes from the 1st round and can withstand JOnes' power shots (especially that jumping left hook of RJJ.) But JOnes is a freakish athlete and had probably the greatest pure talent out of any boxer in the history of the sport in his prime. He was magnificent to watch.

The Roy from the Toney fight looked to me like he could handle anyone.. The way he could leap in and out with hard scoring shots, and even dropped Toney..

Benn and Eubank strugled with Malinga, Roy got him out of there. He did more at SMW where he was an undefeated fighter, than you are giving him credit for..

Roy whipped Del Valle other than the flash knockdown.. I believe that wasn't even a 2 point round for Del Valle.

Plus, Del Valle was a top 10, good sized southpaw, that was very familiar with the way Roy fought.

With single punches he did have good speed, but I dont think when under pressure that he could put his fast combinations together too well, like when he is comfortable and the fighters I note, i think would give him all kinds of problems for different reasons
