Only one guy fits here and that is Oliver McCall. McCall as far as I know has never been down.

Margarito has been down to a body shot before, but his chin is titanium.

 

I still say Hopkins. He's been down but not necessarily hurt.

You can get knocked down and not actually be hurt all that much.

Examples.. in the first fight with Antwun Echols, Hopkins was hit on a break and went down. He jumped right up and obviously was okay. The punch just completely surprised him. Or when Mayweather knocked down Gatti in the beginning of their fight with an uppercut. IT wasn't even a hard punch, but Gatti was too busy talking to the referee to be ready to take it!

oscar de la hoya is someone ive never seen wobbled. he was dropped by bernard hopkins but that is up to the imagination. ive seen his legs go out but never truly hurt.
