He’s Shaq’s cousin and has another nba player and some other athletes in his family. He has genetic gifts.

But the lines between clever and technically brilliant maybe getting blurred a bit here? Where you stand on that?

    ****in Dick Tiger.

Here's the thing with ****in Dick Tiger: people said he hit real hard. KO%: 35. So that's bull****. I just think he hit really really properly. Very correctly. Technically well. People are free to argue, there are some interesting testimonies to the contrary and I don't deny it.

And, perhaps the ultimate example, Chucho Castillo. If he was fast or a puncher he would have been the greatest bantamweight ever to have lived.

I disagree with most of the calls here to be honest!

When you scratch the surface with most of these fighters, they had something else that was very significant!

Nah, you don't have to scratch the surface for that.

But compared to other all-time greats.

It's different. Apart from jaw, I agree there. Every fighter that is world class is either very fast or has a good jaw. Can anyone disprove that?

I'd say 90's Holmes is a pretty damn good example of how much one can do with skill with little if anything in the way of physical tools. (He had his reach left, and that's about it.)

And here's an example of what a guy with journeyman skill can do to an unskilled guy who is totally superior in physical attributes:

You're right, but Holmes had that iron jaw.

OP making a different kind of point I think.

You can't tell from that video; it's clearly not playing smoothly or at the proper speed.

Do you mean restoration, or are you making a joke about me judging Willard's hand speed from the ancient film of the Moran fight? If the latter, I qualified that with the proviso "if the running time is correct" .

The Maxim video unfortunately seems to be sourced from a VHS tape that isn't playing properly.
