I think in the case of Gomez is does. He wasn't the same above 122. It could of been down to age or Salvador Sanchez but he wan't the same at featherweight.

Considering that he's generally considered the atg at 122 and then his excuse makers use that for his loss to Sal, yeah. If the 4 pounds don't make that much of a difference then he's overrated in the 1st place. How do u feel about it?
