You're reaching. Kovalev's a monster though. But you should stop hating on GGG on other threads ;)

Well some of hopkins best wins were bringing up smaller men, so he couldn't complain about facing a stronger bigger champ.

Well ya that's what P4P better means. But there is no such thing as a prime 175 B Hop and there is no such thing as a Kovalev who can make 168.

I like GGG but sergey KRUSHER kovalev is the better fighter.

Dude, B Hop was a great champ and is an ATG. He showed your favorite fighter massive respect and was all class after he got Lacy'd at age 50. Return the respect.

What I meant is if Bhop in his prime went up to 175, he could do it. He is taller than Kovalev.

Oh, completely disagree. Moving up 2 divisions and 15 lbs to fight a very big, elite fighter at the weight is a recipe for disaster.

I respect hopkins a lot. Atg. But people are too stuck in the past and always back the prime arguement. In his prime nonsense. Hopkins would get beat at 175lbs at any age by sergey KRUSHER kovalev. That's not a knock on hopkins, he's a middleweight. A lot of decent classic posters rate kovalev very highly, a lot of sensitive posters secretly rate kovalev very highly, there just upset about a tweet.

I'm with you, don't see it.

Ya I stated already there is no version of B Hop who beats Sergey at 175. But what I saw from B Hop at 160 is more impressive to me than what I've seen from Sergey at 175 so far. There is no way to make a fair fight between two prime versions of them and so it's a P4P discussion and I take Hopkins.

I think Diego De La hoya and Valdez are legit. Definitely agree with Shelstyuk. I'll say Lee Selby, BJS and the Charlo bros if these count.

Very true, but I'm talking about a situation where he worked his way up wiht a couple LHW tune ups.
