Acelino Freitas, but I think he is retired.

 

Oscar had more than 10, so we can count him since I don't think he's officially retired yet. Also Fernando Montiel should be on the list, too.

Edit: Oscar has 17 defenses, Montiel's got 10.

 

Does it all have to be in the same division? Floyd made 9 at 130, then 3 at 135 and 1 at 147. That's 13 without a loss. Hopkinsa had 20 in one division.

i believe wright had 4 defenses in his first wbo reign and i know he had 5-6 in his ibf/wbc/wba reign. hes probably around 10

Niida only has seven defenses, and is the underdog against his mandatory.
