Floyd himself stated he used it and it was again said by merchant when Floyd fought Mosley either that or on the replay for that fight with Paul Williams on the undercard... I beleive it was on the PPV mosley mayweather fight in which Larry Merchant stated that Floyd told him he needed to get both hands injected....

xlycoaine is illegial is the same thing as why weed is illegial. It is illegial to the state for one reason or another, it is not solely bc for boxing. As for the drug itself, it DOESN'T GIVE any advantages to the fighters but potentially messing up their own hand bc it numbs it. it doesn't make your hands unbreakable or stronger. If you break you hands, you can't punch with it. It is not like people on the drug get to fight recklessly.

numbing doesn't equal sturdier fists or added strength. i don't understand where people is getting at with it other than that bc a drug that is considered as illegial in the state equals enhancement drugs. it doesn't ehance anything.

Can anyone confirm this? All I know it's only banned if used withing 7 days of the fight in Nevada.

Exactly it numbs it meaning if you hurt your hand you have something in your hands so that you wont feel that pain giving you and advantage in the fight..... So how can you sit here and controdict yourself by saying it doesnt give any advantage when you yourself pointed out the advantage that it does give?
