Most of the states outside of NY and NV do a half ass job... they only pre fight and post fight test for steriods and basicly diseases along with Drugs (narcotics)

So when you have a fighter who fights in Michigan who has a horrible commisson what kind of job do you think they are going to do? or in california where a fighter almost got to use wraps that may have had plaster in them....
or in Oregon where there really isnt a commisson , what i mean by that is Oregon doesnt get very many fights much less big fights so when Floyd fought Mitchell out there who knows...
All I am saying is that its illegal every where else for a reason and its not that hard to figure out why,.....

This is not the only source that says this, find me a link from an athletic commission that says it's illegal. I've been checking state after state and have not found one that's banned it! You're the one saying its illegal, prove it!
