Since there is no proof that he has actually injected in a State thats banned it, i am going to re-post my previous post and see if we can meet in the middle.

I agree with that. I've only been arguing the legality part of it. In my personal opinion, the commissions should ban it's use. Since most haven't, he's not breaking the rules.
