I might as well, but since he never fought at that age he doesn't count.

Foreman, Moore, Vitali, Holmes, and Walcott.

Just hope it's as fun as the Pulev thrashing.

    Nice theory.
I actually like Fury's persona. He just happens to be a sh!t fighter.
That's an improvement on Haye, who was a sh!t fighter with a sh!t persona

The bold part is a ridiculous generalisation, a preposterous sweeping statement. How do you know what Fury prefers? How do you know what English posters like?

I know some English fans who like Fury; I know some English fans who don't. Some of the English fans don't like him because across as an ignorant man, making crass statements in order to make bad headlines.

My own take on Fury is that his (& his managemet's) likely strategy is to make as much noise and create as much publicity leading to making as much dough as possible before he gets knocked off and the gravy train comes to a halt.

Yes really...the first part of what you've quoted is my opinion...

The headlines of the articles you've quoted (which I cn't be bothered to read) state Fury's opinion - this does not make them fact.

I live in England and speak regularly with other boxing fans - not one I've spoken with has even mentioned his gypsy heritage.

I think I'm closer to the ground on this one than you.

    Okay.

But what if Fury defeats Wlad.

What in your opinion would that do to Wlad's legacy and historical standing?

    Just wondering.

Old Foreman wouldn't land on Fury. I would hardly expect him to approach that fight the same way he approached Cunningham.

Tommy Morrison, who wasn't exactly a ring genius and was picked because of his chin, still was smart enough to box George successfully. A bigger, better conditioned fighter with significantly higher workrate like Fury would win on points rather comfortably.

To be fair, 9 out of 10 poultry birds couldn't defeat Fury in a game of checkers or a test covering basic algebra.

The Foreman that fought Holyfield would kill Fury.

We don't really know how good Fury is yet, so I will withhold judgment a bit.............

No more than a small handful. One has to give Wlad props for his pretty impressive longevity.

I liked Fury but as of late he has started to irritate me. He's colourful and all, but he takes it too far sometimes.
