And once they lost it they started to look ordinary.

    I'll name a few.

Roy Jones jr, completely different fighter once he lost his exeptional speed

Shane Mosley, looked very ordinary even against B-level opponents when he lost speed and reflexes

    David Haye, watch Bellew fight.

On the other hand, Duran, B-Hop, Floyd, Pac and others still were able to be successful at the top level even after losing some speed and reflexes

Naseem Hamed. Fantastic reflexes and freakish power. Came unstuck when he faced elite competition.

On a lower level but still a belt holder Joey Gamache. He had some quickness but never developed the other parts of is game. His defense was pretty weak in the pocket.

    Yes, that's another good example.

Zab had great speed and reflexes, but he wasn't as skilled as many fans thought he was

It occured to me to say Ali, but i wouldnt insult him by saying he became ordinary.
Part of his genius was he did lose some speed and reflex , but still found a way to win.

But his "slowing down " was still much faster then the opponents his faced in that 5yr period, wouldn't you agree?

Yes. The first guy to really be faster than him was calzaghe. Incredibly the shell of RJJ that goes around fighting in Russia still has above average handspeed.
But yes he always relied too much on his reflexes
