The version that Lewis fought wasn't prime, he was both green (experience at top level wise) and past his prime (physically wise), and he was still beating the **** outta Lewis before the fluke cut


The truth is..we'll never know how good a prime Vitali was, because we have never seen a prime Vitali in action

Vitali's best version is his comeback version, the one that mauled the likes of Sam Peter and Arreola, but everything after the Chris Byrd match and all the surgeries is a past prime Vitali, physically wise

We never had the chance to see a prime Vitali in both experience/skills and body

We probably missed the chance of seeing the Ultimate Fighter in action. Shame
