Come to think of it, though Mayweather Jr.'s record is impressive, for the amount of time he has been fighting at welterweight - from 2005 - he should be fighting the elite fighters now to become a true #1 Pound for Pound. I mean if Pacquiao and Marquez have the balls to step up in competition and fight welterweights, then why can't Mayweather. There are two guys who will be available for a must mega match - Cotto and Mosley. Time to step it up.
