Naseem Hamed. From that documentary before the Barrera fight, all he basically did was punch the bag and spar. He was lucky to have crunching power and reflexes, but once the reflexes waned a bit it didn't help him. Didn't blame him for ducking Marquez, Marquez would've murdered him.

cotto to some degree and zab judah thats for sure. both these guys wouldnt have such bad stamina if they trained hard year round. Cotto looks like he eats his family's dinner everyday of the weak in the trout promo

Tyson is interesting because for the first half of his career with rooney he trained like a mad man a machine. but after the spinks fight he didnt train very hard at all. The only fights he was in great condition for after that were Alex Stewart, Henry Tilman, Razor Ruddock I and II (even though in the rematch he looked sluggish he went 12 hard rounds) Holyfield II he appeared to be in great shape and Freddy Roach got him in decent shape for Danny Williams until he hurt his leg. That wasn't from stanima problems thats because he sustained a rather serious injury to his knee. Other than those fights he barley bothered to train at all

If Willie abstained from sex, RJJ, it could only have been long enough to down a bottle of J&B

When I first met Rocky Graziano at Stillman's Gym, he was hitting a speed bag 'n smoking a cigarette, as most of the ATG's were between rounds of sparring.

Smoking 'n drinking was considered macho then. All the trainers smoked cigars.

Winky Wright, imagine if he didnt blow 25-30 pounds in between fights how great he could be, that coupled with his rounds off and sleeping walking to the finish make his name come to my mind

Jose Luis Lopez comes to mind. Iron chin (possibly greater than a prime Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.) and dynamite in both fists, but lacked the work ethic to get himself in tip-top shape. I'll always scratch my head and wonder "what if" with that guy. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXQGV5j2lzU"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXQGV5j2lzU[/ame]

    To answer the question:

Rob Helenius certainly fits the bill.
