I just saw that Shobox 8 rounder between Thomas Mattice and Zhora Hamazarayan. Zarayan won 7/8 rounds, got a knockdown, and had Mattice on ***** street a second time, lost by split decision.

Oh, De La Hoya vs Whitaker, Whitaker the far smaller far weaker fighter landed about 30 more punches, but almost all of his punches were jabs, so De La Hoya had a massive advantage in damaging shots.

I think Roman Gonzalez landed like 147 more punches against Srisaket Sor Rungvisai in their first fight only to lose his belts and undefeated record.

James Toney landed way fewer shots than Tiberi. Evander Holyfield landed far fewer punches in the first Lennox Lewis fight.

Oh, and Pacquiao vs Bradley 1 and Pacquiao vs Horn.

I've heard Brandon Rios vs Richar Abril was quite a robbery. And yesterday I was looking up Henry Armstrong on boxrec. His second fight with Lou Ambers he was deducted five points for low blows.

    De La Hoya - Sturm

"Ringside stats showed Sturm landing 234 of 541 punches to 188 of 792 for De La Hoya."

We're expecting the return of ESPN Friday Night Fights, hope their scoring is a bit better this time around because damn that was bad for many many years. Almost always in favor of the home/feautured fighter, so not due to incompetence but obviously due to bias.

    example:
Usmanee vs Barthelemy = 282-238 > Barthelemy UD.
