    It's a bit weird trying to compare the greatest champion in the history of boxing to Wladimir Klitschko negatively. Very odd.

    Hey, you started the thread to trigger that yourself.

    Point is, most of the great ones in history had at one or more extremely bad defences if you only look at the HW division. If you come up with "ANY" division you can compile a massive list if you bother to look for it, certainly looking at the oldtimers who sometimes defended their title against some "local favorite".

    Right. But what the thread is about is, has there been a worse performance in a title tilt. That doesn't make comparing Klitschko to the greatest champion in the history of any division any more sensible.

    If you are talking about title fights and not the "lineal" one just in recent memory Haye vs. Audley Harrisson was much, much worse than this fight. I'd also say that Holmes defense against Scott LeDoux - an opponent with 8 losses who was 1-1 -2 in his last four fights coming into the championship bout has to be worse.

    No, the title thread says name a worse lineal title opponent than Leapai and Joe Louis had many that were worse. Guys who didn't even weigh f-cking 200 pounds. Some of them didn't even weigh 190.

    I'm not crying about it *****, you are. You're the one who thinks this was the worst lineal title defense of all time. It wasn't and even if it was, go blame the WBO.

    You're the one pretending this was the worst lineal title fight in history, it wasn't and even if it was, go blame Boytsov and the WBO.

    You're probably also butthurt that this wasn't a clinchfest because Leapai's strategy wasn't to bull rush Wlad 500 times in a row like Mormeck and Povetkin did.
