You pick Leapai to beat these guys? Or just see them as more inexcusable?

Is there any doubt? Leapai walks through all of them.

Evangelista was actually the worst Holmes opponent but a KO over fellow Worst Title Contender Coopman keeps him out of that talk. Still bad though.

Nah, Bonecrusher was decent. He knocks Leapai out late.

Bey beat a 5 fight Douglas and got an upset win over a fat Greg Page, but did nothing else in his career. Him and Leapai are on the level.

    Leon should outpoint Leapai.

Marvis didn't turn out to be too bad. He got some solid wins.

Ossie was good. He beat Young, Qawi, and drew with Dokes.

Bonecrusher is on Travis Walker level. Leapai would take him out.

The rest are in different weight category. No chance there.

    Enough with the Galento hate.

He was fat and talked trash but was actually pretty good.

He had one of the all time great chins, a powerful left hook, shockingly good stamina, and a master of dirty tactics. Dangerous fight for anyone. Footage reveals him to bob and weave well enough to set up the left as well. Knocked out several contenders, briefly rated #1 after upsetting power puncher Lou Nova in a bloody brawl. I have him on the level with Tua.

Not the worst, but not very good either. Could punch hard and take one in return but lacking in most anything else. Ran up a good record against cans, did manage one good win against a declining Chuvalo. Certainly on the level with Leapai.

Yes, there's doubt. I'd happily pick a green smith to beat Leapai. He's faster, fitter and a better puncher. That's fine.

Leon Spinks was a very fine fighter when he was in shape. I'd pick him to beat Leapai, for sure.

I should say though that i've only seen Leapai fight twice so I'm not expert.

He was very erratic. He had some bad moments, where he didn't turn up to fight at all like against the Baer brothers. Think of McCall but no crying crap, showed up fat, not making an effort to fight, and just followed them around taking their best shots and running his mouth. But against Mann, Nova, and Louis he showed up in great shape and flashed good skills. Either way, this was a tough tough and very dangerous man.

Holmes had perhaps other than Joe Louis and a few of Ali's 1970's challengers the worst of all time.

    Zanon
    Scott Frank
    Leroy Jones
    Lucien Rodriguez
    Marvis Frazier
    Scott LeDoux

these were all disgraceful title defenses and I even left off Tex Cobb.

Joe Louis had his bum of the month club.. Ali defended against some no hopers... Holmes did as well.

Not only that, but Leapai convincingly won an eliminator vs. the #1 contender.

    Wlad's choices were
    1. Fight Leapai
    2. Vacate the title

Sure he didn't say back to the truck? I thought it was a farce.

Leapai managed to add 4 lbs of flab to his frame since that eliminator .At 248lbs and 6 foot in height he was actually heavier than Wlad.:patsch
This is a guy who was floored and stopped by light hitting Kevin Johnson. No wonder the major channels didn't want it. Joke fight.
